1- Proposals for the education of the public (Cyclists, Drivers, and City Officials) about the meaning and significance of the “Sharrows” that are being installed througout the City, and causing confusion.
2- Discussion about the lack of any mention of any High School bicycling programs in the new Bicycle Plan, and suggestions about addressing this need.
3- Discussion of procedures for the BAC to properly address issues coming before the BPIT.
4- Review and discussion of council motion to prohibit bicycles on sidewalks in LA City.
5- DIscussion of possible BAC response to Governors veto of proposed 3 foot bicycle passing law.
6- Discussion of recently installed Bike Lane on Spring Street from Cesar Chavez to 9th Street.
7- Misc Issues and discussion pending from BAC members
8- Adjournment
